Commis Chef
An excellent opportunity to work at one of the most unique hotels in Scotland and to work under our new Executive Head Chef Mark Burrows. Our menu is based around local Scottish produce, and we cater for functions both large and small. In this post you will be working at one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country. Candidates will have had experience in other quality establishments and will ideally hold an elementary hygiene certificate.
 
The position will include the following duties: general preparation and cooking food for conferences and banquets, preparation of bar meals, larder work and desserts. 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.

Chef De Partie
Candidate must hold elementary Food Hygiene Certificate and have extensive experience at Commis Chef level. Duties include general preparation and service for all food outlets including functions, conferences, restaurants and bar. Our restaurant is working towards AA Rosette awards.
 
40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 between 8am and 11pm.

Food Preparation Assistant
Duties for this role include preparing food for the bar and for functions, maintaining hygiene standards, and any other associated tasks as required. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and you must already be working in a food environment. Elementary food hygiene certificate is preferable.
 
40 hours per week, 5 days from 7, between 8am and 8pm.
