One of Scotland's six UNESCO World Heritage Sites, New Lanark, an 18th-century cotton mill village, which sits alongside the picturesque River Clyde, is introducing a NEW ‘Friends Unlimited Passport’, a great new yearly pass.

Buy a ‘Friends Unlimited Passport’ to New Lanark Visitor Attraction and visit as many times as you want all year round for 12 months. Get regular updates, discounts to events, and special promotions, all for just £14.95 for an adult & £9.95 for a child (T&Cs apply – i.e. includes entry to New Lanark Christmas Experience with Santa – with a £5 supplement for children only).

And for the month of June, enjoy reduced prices to New Lanark’s Visitor Attraction. Buy a single ticket which includes entrance to all attractions within New Lanark and two daily guided tours. Your ticket is stamped around the site when you visit each attraction, so if you don't have time to visit them all you can return with your unstamped ticket to visit that area at any point in the future (ticket must be retained as proof of purchase).

The attractions included in the Visitor Centre are the Annie McLeod Experience Ride, the People, Cotton & Machinery, Millworkers' House, Robert Owen's House, Village Store &

Roof Garden.

Only one hour drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh, the award-winning New Lanark Visitor Attraction tells the internationally important story of New Lanark, from its founding as a cotton spinning village in 1785, to enlightened social and work place reforms of Robert Owen, to the closure of the mills in 1968. Step back in time and rediscover life of this working Mill village, explore the industrial heritage, pick up a gift in the Mill Shop, have breakfast or lunch in the Mill Café or New Lanark Mill Hotel Restaurant, or enjoy dinner in the latter, play in the park or simply take a seat by the waterwheel and soak up the history of this magnificent 18th century cotton mill village.
